An accomplished business executive with more than 20 years of global management experience across a diverse set of industries, Patricia sought a better way to serve the payments industry.
Prior to Qolo, she spent 15 years in executive roles across all sectors of the payments industry leading teams to industry firsts and deploying award-winning technology solutions for clients.

Darren Beyer

Darren brings over 25 years of expertise in mobile and payments, designing impactful systems and products. Before co-founding Qolo, he led fintech efforts at FIS, Blackhawk Network, and PayActiv, and founded multiple startups. A former NASA Space Shuttle engineer, Darren also writes science fiction and holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Rouzbeh Rotabi

Qolo’s Chief Revenue Officer, Rouzbeh Rotabi has led Go-To-Market functions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. With over 20 years of experience, he has driven scalable growth at companies like Orum, Marqeta, Green Dot, and Blackhawk, enhancing global reach and shareholder value.

Shash Patel

With over 28 years of IT expertise, Mr. Patel has served as CIO, CTO, and CISO across global hedge funds, private equity groups, and major commercial investment banks. His diverse experience spans industries including aerospace and government. He holds an MS in Software Engineering from Fairfield University and a BS in Information Systems from Central Connecticut State University.

Warren Wong

Warren brings over 15 years of experience in payments, fintech, and financial leadership across public and private companies. Before joining Qolo, he led FP&A at Circle and Marqeta through IPO readiness, long-term planning, and major transformations. Earlier, he held senior finance roles at PayPal and PepsiCo, building scalable finance strategies for high-growth organizations.

Han Yuan

Han Yuan is a veteran product and technology leader with 25+ years in marketplaces, SaaS, and consumer tech. Best known for leading Upwork’s engineering team through IPO, he’s also built mobile platforms at eBay and Netflix that powered billions in transactions. Currently on sabbatical, he advises startups and Fortune 500s while exploring generative AI and software acquisitions through Post-PC Labs.

Laura Harrington

Laura Harrington, Chief of Staff at Qolo, excels in leadership, executive support, and HR management. With experience at PwC and QBE North America, she oversees key initiatives and operations. A Fordham graduate, Laura is also passionate about community service, mentoring students and teaching financial literacy.

Steven Bishop

A renowned payments expert, Steven has held C-suite roles and advised startups and Fortune 500 companies. A specialist in systems engineering, he pioneered the first open-loop prepaid processing system, advanced fraud detection, and machine learning algorithms for payments. Steven holds dual PhDs in computer science and mathematics and is an avid pilot of both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft.

A payments industry veteran, Robert has led operations at Fortune 500 companies and startups, including overseeing the largest card conversion in history with over 100 million cards.
